It is not a secret that NTUC INCOME wants to be number 1, and achieved that last year.
But to be number 1 without a heart and feeling, is but just a position.
NTUC INCOME always pride itself as a co-operative and work for the benefit of the people.
I am touched when the CEO said, "we are successful, and we do well to do good."
Some may not understand that as a co-operative, NTUC INCOME do have a social responsibility and social purpose to meet the needs of the policyholders and for their good.
I am glad to be associated with such a co-operative insurer.
